I bought my first power meter from this store because they actually had a Stages Cycling product in stock, unlike every other bike store in town. Their service department has worked on my SRAM eTap bike, and one time they fixed a broken spoke on my wheel and provided me a loaner so that I wouldn't miss any days on the road. Excellent service, knowledgable staff, high-end road bikes.
Went to load my wife's MTB on the car rack late Friday morning. I was packing for a weekend getaway in Sisters. I found two broken spokes on the rear wheel. My bad for not checking her bike out earlier in the week as it has been a couple of months since she rode. I called River City and talked with David in the Service department and explained the "crisis". He said "Bring it in and let me look at it. We should be able to help." I did and left it with him. Jeff and Rick have great customer service here. I wish there was a bike shop like this in West Slope, Garden Home, Cedar Hills, Hillsdale, or Metzger.
