great experience today at the store. no pressure to buy anything but spend tons of time with me showing me lots of different bikes. I ended up buying one and having some accessories installed. will definitely be back. Stacey was great. thanks again.
I have been struggling with writing this review because in general the service is good. That said I recently purchased the female specialized diverge E5 comp in matte purple. Within a week the bike frame had countless nicks and scratches. I brought the bike back and started working with a manager to see what was covered under the warranty. The store came back to me saying there was nothing they could do.
