great fast Repair Service
great experience today at the store. no pressure to buy anything but spend tons of time with me showing me lots of different bikes. I ended up buying one and having some accessories installed. will definitely be back. Stacey was great. thanks again.
I have been struggling with writing this review because in general the service is good. That said I recently purchased the female specialized diverge E5 comp in matte purple. Within a week the bike frame had countless nicks and scratches. I brought the bike back and started working with a manager to see what was covered under the warranty. The store came back to me saying there was nothing they could do. We went in for one bike and over the course of three days, left with three bikes! Dylan was super helpful and patient with our rambunctious family. He also saved us money down the road but guiding us towards correctly sized bikes for our children.
