Newer to road biking... I am so grateful to have River City Bikes nearby. Brice and Ryan definitely spent more time than I would ever have expected helping me pick out my new bike and get it equipped with some cool accessories. Quite possibly the best bike shop I've ever been to. Anywhere. Amazing service and great follow up on their end. May cost a little bit more than other shops, but the *service* and experience is worth it-I ride by a lot of shops to go here instead. My advice? Don't go to chain (hahaha) shops. Ever. Go here and experience a great shop and great employees who care about our having a great experience before, during, and after you've bought a bike or other merchandise.
Best bicycle shop experience ever!! My husband and I can't wait to go back! Amazing customer service...so friendly and knowledgeable! Dylan was great to work with and helped me pick out my first road bike..from getting the fit right and testing out several bikes, it was a fun and enjoyable experience. You have two new customers for life!
