I have been riding my Gunnar Sport "Earl Grey," named after a beloved cat, for over a year now and it has been essentially flawless. If you're looking for a very high quality, high value steel bike, give Gunnar a serious look. Also, I broke a spoke last month (my wheels were built at a different shop, not at RCB) and Brandon fixed it and re-tuned everything because he said the tensions were set a little too high. Wonderful, friendly, and helpful staff
My favorite bike store. Everyone at the store is extremely knowledgeable. It's almost always the case that the person I'm working with actually uses the thing I'm thinking about purchasing, so their input is always really helpful, and they always steer me in the right direction. I've purchased everything from bikes to accessories here, and everything has worked out great, plus the service department is awesome as well.
