Easy process quick response and I put a order in for maintenance also quick response love it.
Since I have lived here it has been iffy. My biggest issue is that they NEVER EVER answer the phone. No matter what time of day I have called for the last few months the phone is never picked up. Also for the last few months the office is always closed. The office doesn't open when it should, the office is closed and locked for hours in the middle of the day and Kim always Has an attitude and is rude. Trying to get simple help from this front office staff is pulling teeth and is so much of a problem when it shouldn't be.
Excellent response time and all issues were addressed and completed.
