One of the realtors, Sergio Betancourt, from Rivas realty scheduled a showing with me, for a Monday claiming the property could not be shown due to family members being in town. I left early from work, and arrived for my showing a little late, but saw the realtor run away as soon as he saw me, and the BUYERS told me they had bought the property. Sergio never canceled my appointment, and never told me the property was sold. I tried to call the office to complain to the broker, and no one picks up the phone.
