Great service! Note that their hours are 8am -4pm.
If I could leave them 0 stars, I would! Their hours of operation are not true, stated time online and on the gate is 8-5, at 4 they close on their discretion, they don't care to pick the phone up when you call so you can never know when they are open or closed. I towed for 98 miles to drop this truck and they REJECTED ENTRY. At 4pm!!! The guy at the gate was mr important and acted very rude to me like I was an idiot. Companies and drivers avoid this Ritchie Bros. It is inside the city limits of Morris, IL and the local cops will write tickets for over dimensional and over weight if you don't get a permit from the city of Morris. Don't think they will let you go to the TA 1.2 miles from Ritchie Bros to weigh before ordering permits. They escorted my truck to the TA to weigh him on the Cat scale (where he was headed to weigh before ordering permits) and then issued a $2200 overweight ticket. Sorry RB, bad location for you guys.
