La Perla to me back to the traditional Italian restaurant experience. Excellent meal, fine service, and the owner, right out of aGodfather movie, was a pleasure to meet. We will be back, even though we live 150 miles away.
The atmosphere, the quality of the food and table visit from the boss. No other Italian restaurant in DC comes close
