Rising Sun is the place to go – I am very impressed with Rising Sun Pools and Spas. From my initial contact to get a quote to the finished product I have experienced nothing but fantastic customer service and excellent workmanship. Very Happy with Rising Sun Pools – Our experience with Rising Sun Pools was a very good one. We met with Josh and Veronica to discuss options available to us with our yard. Within 4 weeks from our initial meeting Rising Sun was installing our fiberglass pool! Veronica paved the way to make the permit process flawless with both the town of Wake Forest and our HOA. So so – It's a mixed experience. You will hear the same thing from other RS customers in Raleigh. Had inground pool installed in 2006. Mike (owner) was nice enough to drive us around to some pools they had done before. Pretty big disconnect b/t sales and delivery. ------ Installation ------ They don't really manage/coordinate the vendors like they said they would. I was the project mgr. RS workers ran over and several shrubs with the heavy equipment. Mike said they would dig them out and save. Also truck ran over a hose reel... read more

We can only take these comments & improve from them. Answers:-new policies to help w/ communication btwn subs & clients -we help if there's a problem w/ a sub-ING pools 3 YR WARRANTY-light/pump under warranty-phone system is more user friendly! -I can't say why there was no contact-Other companies may be less $ b/c they have no overhead, offices, or staff. -Service & parts $ is the lowest in the area. The only way a company can improve is by being informed of what they can do better.

I Love my new Rising Sun Pool, – I just recently got a new pool in June, a large lagoon. My family & I have spent everyday in our new pool. Rising sun and all of the contractors that I used were wonderful. My pool and concrete are something that me and my family are so proud of. My whole neighborhood wants a pool now. I just want to thank Rising Sun and Chip for making this such a easy project for us and a beautiful one. I would recommend them to anyone. I give you five stars!!!
