Don't buy your pool here! We had a terrible experience with the owner and installer. The Installer was rude and condescending. He was in a big rush and did a terrible job. Ruts all over the bottom. FYI, the installers aren't employees, so when you have a problem they point fingers at each other. After 9 months with a brand new pool from RSP we had to completely replace the liner. The worst place ever the owner is a bitch with a sever superiority problem. They do not know what they are doing and will lie to your face and make false accusations to swindle your money away from you. Charged for services they could not complete along with wrong parts they ordered, ended up eating the bill then having to pay another company to fix there mess and the original issue.
After having our in ground pool for almost 10 years it was time to replace the vinyl liner. When I called to get a price quote I spoke with a woman named Tara (it might have been Sara. It gets confusing with both of them.) She was very friendly and knowledgable and she quoted me a price that was very reasonable. We then picked out our liner from a nice wide selection. Rising Sun Pools was a good company. However, it seems they have gone way down the hill. I contacted one of the owners named Tara and told her I had to wait for over an hour for bags of salt at their Garner location. Tara told me it wasn't her fault they couldn't keep employees in the store to work. I had my wife go back a second time for salt, and she left after waiting for over 45 minutes. My husband and I met a representative of Rising Sun Pools at the Southern Home show. At the time, we were house shopping and either planning on buying a house with a pool or planning to put one in. The representative stated that your company could advise us prior to house purchase and we were referred to, Gerry Sinnott. If you are new to pool ownership look no further. Our inground vinyl pool was installed about six years ago and we are happy. Even before installation we were asked to decide about coping around the pool and we hear a voice from the next room "its one of those things that can't be done after installation" and we decided to do it, it was absolutely the right call. Rising Sun Pools’ service has been great! We are happy that we contracted with them to build our pool. If problems should arise in the future, we will certainly contact them. Also, I would like to say a special thank you for the beautiful flower arrangement they sent to us. We were not expecting that, but sure did enjoy them for quite a while. Pete came out this morning to inspect the pool at the home we’re purchasing. Rising Sun Pools has been great to deal with over the phone and email. The real test is, however, how their employees interact with the customers’ in the coustomers’ home, back yard and pool deck.
