Rising Sun Pools & Spas is GREAT! Our experience with Rising Sun Pools was a very good one. We met with Josh and Veronica to discuss options available to us with our yard. Within 4 weeks from our initial meeting Rising Sun was installing our fiberglass pool! Veronica paved the way to make the permit process flawless with both the town of Wake Forest and our HOA. Rising Sun Pools & Spas Just this spring we had an in ground "free-form" salt water swimming pool puchased and installed by Rising Sun Raleigh. Every step of the process was top notch from the initial ground markup by Chip, to the ground escavation, the installation of the steel side supports, the block retaining wall and concrete by RSB, the install of the beautiful pool fabric, the fencing by ROME and to the detailed walk thru of the pumping equipment by Kevin. RIsing Sun and Pete did a great job! Pete came out this morning to inspect the pool at the home weâre purchasing. Rising Sun Pools has been great to deal with over the phone and email. The real test is, however, how their employees interact with the customersâ in the coustomersâ home, back yard and pool deck. great experience I recieved your phone call the other day regading my feedback on my experience with your company. Here it is: 1) Your people. Every person we dealt with was an absolute pleasure. All had genuine smiles and appeared to enjoy their work. Vinny is a wealth of knowledge on pool chemistry & filtration, and Josh is a superb salesman. Rising Sun Pools - My Opinion My experience with Rising Sun has always been a great one. Everyone in their Showroom seems to be happy all the time. I have my pool serviced weekly by their Service Department. They come to our home blow off the pool deck - check the checmicals - vacum the pool - leave everything perfect and ready to swim. In the 3 years we have never had a bad experience. When we visit their Show-Room everyone is so nice and helpful.
