superior knowledge – Superior pool knowledge and service than any other competitor in the local vicinity. I dropped in without notice to discuss my pool problems I was having due to a competitor's installers. The General Manager Scot was very friendly and honest with my situation. He shared his knowledge and gave me the name and number of his Installer whom he has used for 13 yrs. Always to Busy – Rising Sun Pools has good products and service when it's on their time. They are always too busy when you call for a question or advice and are told they will call you back and they never really do. I've gone in when they are not busy and it seems they are sometimes in a customer service mood and sometimes are not. I have started to frequent Leslie's Pool Supply and they have WAY better customer service. Also, take note that Rising Sun will test your pool water " with purchase ". I truly hope that anyone reading this understands how busy we are this time of year & I am sorry you feel we were too busy to help you. The tests are very expensive and it's it the only way we can continue to provide them for free is to charge when customers buy their products elsewhere - we have not charged 1 person yet. Patience is the only thing we request of our customers and i am sorry we fell short of your expectations.
Buyer be very aware!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! – Truly the worst customer service and management of a company I have ever run into!!! They DO NOT stand behind their products at all. Will not return phone calls. It is as if they ignore your problem, you will get frustrated enough and go away. Horrible way to treat customers. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND DEALING WITH THESE PEOPLE AT ALL!!!!!

If it's a manufacturers warranty than we may suggest you deal direct as many retailers do, but we will NEVER ignore an issue. Truly the WORST pool experience EVER – Take heed, the WORST customer service ever. They'll gladly TAKE YOUR MONEY, but NOT stand behind their products. If I had only known what I know now... Hopefully, others will now get the ROYAL SCREWING like we did :=(

exceeded all expectaions – The concrete was finished yesterday , so pool is ready for liner installation , looking forward to hearing from you thank you , and thank you again for a wonderful job , I have a unique situation b/c this is my second pool installation in a span of 5 years and the first one was a nightmare , this one is as smooth as silk , like night and day , your buisness is a 10 , thank you so much , you have exceded all expectaions .
excellent customer service! – Good morning, Yesterday afternoon my wife got a call stating that your staff was able to work it out to install the slide on Saturday morning. My family and I greatly appreciate the effort that all involved at Rising Sun put in to try and help resolve the problem we had. Great Service at Raleigh and Garner Rising Sun – Rising Sun Pools is the best pool store around and no, I am not affilated with the store but am a long time, satisfied customer. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly and they carry a wide range of products. Everytime that I've had a problem, and with a pool, there are ALWAYS problems, someone has always been able to find a solution. I am confused – I went into a Rising Pool in the winter time just to look around, when I went in the gentlemen was quick to see if I needed help, I started asking questions about the pool that can be installed above or completely in-ground. I was unable to get any information because he said he was new and had no information to give me, but would make sue it was emailed to me by the end of the week. Beware – Sales people are very nice BUT our pool is less than 3 years old and we have had soooo many problems. Our pump went out last winter which they replaced. Since then we have had 2.5 inches or more loss of water per week. The liner was checked and no leaks were found. We are now being told that it is possibly a leak in the lines and that this is not covered under warranty. We were told that maybe when the pump went out the lines froze. PART 1 - see next comment for more...........We have this customer on our schedule with our leak detection specialist for this Tuesday 11/9 - this was scheduled prior to this review being written so I am not sure why it was even posted at this time. My technician will be diving the pool to check the liner again & to pressure test the lines. The customer apparently had an issue with water loss but never called the service department to report it until 10/5/2010.
