Priced very high for what you get. Construction and furniture quality sub par. Had problems with portal to get in to make payment--still managed to pay within 5-day grace period and was still assessed a $65 late fee! Location is very good, the rest of it, not so much.
Horrible they are good at false advertising. I paid for the 2x2 Terrace Shared x2. The display clearly shows 2 separate bedrooms and two separate bathrooms one on each side on common area each displaying one bed in each room one desk, one small closet and one dresser per bedroom. Was told to me and my son he would have his own room and bathroom and the side of apartment would be shared with another student on that side. Not two on each side of the small unit. And now they added an additional desk and dresser and put bunk bed... read more
The people who work here are amazing. Vanessa is my girl!!!! This place will be the best in town when it's finished. Can't wait.
