Yeah great investment in the longevity of Columbia and the downtown community. Yeah let's knock down this building and build it back up agian, except we will only cater the new housing to a temporary population of Columbia. Students clearly don't have enough places to live... especially now with the down enrollment of the University. Everyone that has to do with the approval and administrative process of this building is selfish and shows no concern for the downtown local community.
