What a great leasing team! The building is beautiful.. cant wait to live there!!
This makes my heart ache. Downtown should be a mixed use area that caters to all students and all community members. I wish this space was used for another local business or something that benefits people, rather than another monstrosity of a building. I also wish that this would have been advertised to the students before we heard about it, by word of mouth, when it was too late. They just closed 2 newer dorms because of low enrollment, we don't need more "luxury" apartments... Not only did they displace a historic restaurant they have the audacity to charge up the ass for presumably cheap apartments that will fall apart In a few years when the business has made their money and sell it to a company who will run it to shit. Out of town big money contractors need to get out of Columbia.
