Been trying to get answer for over a month. Manager always in a meeting or gone for the day. Really!!! Every time I call. We have sent various emails also with no answer. Renter beware
I have attempted to contact a manger several times about a persisting issue in my apartment bedroom. Not only have they not fixed the issue, but they have dragged out finding a solution by ignoring emails until you reach out more than once (even then they don't respond). There is no true customer service/resident importance in this complex.
Very tiny, expensive apartments. Cheap appliances that break. The lounge on the top floor used in their ads is only available to 'club' members who pay extra rent tor the top two floors. They insist on 12 month lease but inexplicably offer unadvertised 5 month lease to select few. Location is the only good feature.

Small one bedroom with half size fridge and dish washer. The rest is good. Staff are very friendly.
Best downtown living experience ever! Close to everything!
