Lourdes Franco Encantada con Risa Travel, recientemente vine de la India y Nepal y estoy super complacida con la atencion que me brindaron en Risa Travel y sobre todo con Rusland, (desde ahora mi agente de viaje) simpatico, complaciente y pone atencion al menor detalle para que el viaje sea un triunfo. Gracias Risa Travel y en particular a Rusland por haber estado al tanto de todo.

I still can’t believe the quote they gave me for 3 nights to Punta Cana. They quoted me more than $3,000 for 2 guests while I booked with Expedia immediately after for a total of $1400 including everything, even the cancel for any reason insurance and with a suite at the hotel we wanted! Like give me a break people

Risa travel la mejor agencia de viajes del sur de la florida buen trato me ayudaron bastante con todo referente al viaje documentos pagos excursiones asistencia las 24 horas de lunes a domingo cualquier problema con el viaje ellos te lo solucionan tercera vez consecutiva con ellos y no me arrepiento los recomiendo mucha profesionalidad y carisma da gusto comprar con ellos

My name is Eunice Sarduy. Travel days erte June 23- June 30....This was the worst experience ever!! My question to the owner is this. If you have been experiencing delays since the Summer started, why haven't you cancel travel arrangements with Swift Air and look for another charter company alltogether?? Your customers are paying you for 7 or 8 days vacations and you're robbing us 1 entire day. 1 star is too many. Don't use this travel agency. They don't care about their clients. On our trip we supposed to leave on Saturday morning to Dominican Republic and we left after 8:30 pm got to the hotel after midnight on Sunday. We thought that was the worse that could happen but no our flight back to Florida at 1pm did not happen. Things just began to get worse finally left hotel at 6 pm and several more flight time changes we finally left at midnight. Mi experiencia con risa travel Es la mejor se las recomiendo a cualquiera se le atrasa un avión pero el trato y todo muy muy bueno y Mariela muy amable y de verdad que te ayuda para que tus vacaciones sean perfectas para mi tiene 5 estrellas de verdad vayan donde ellos se los recomiendo

PEOR AGENCIA DE VIAJES !! NO LA RECOMIENDO PARA NADA!! Para empezar el vuelo salía sábado jun 9 en la mañana a las 9 lo atrasaron el día antes para el sábado a las 3 de la tarde y termino saliendo a las 5 d la tarde ya ahí perdimos un día de vacaciones. Supuestamente la agencia nos había informado que el hotel tenía cacino y discoteca algo q es una MENTIRA. El hotel no tiene discoteca.
