Estoy haciendo este review porque quiero decir que es mi primera ves usando esta agencia de viajes la muchacha que me atendió se llama Aneida y estuvo atenta todo el tiempo nosotros viajamos a punta cana y el viaje la transportación el trato espectacular incluso el precio del paquete de por si no vivo en Miami pero definitivamente los usaría de nuevo

Mariela and Isis son tremendas mentirosas. WORST COMPANY EVER DO NOT TRAVEL WITH THIS COMPANY. We paid almost $15k for my entire family to travel to punta cana. Everything was a lie from start to finish. The first day the airline wasn’t even called sky cana we rode a random plane and everyone seemed to be lost. We were told we booked a vip hotel experience and I was never even introduced to our butler, our room phone didn’t work and every time we ordered room service it never came or if it did 2 hours late. Risa Travel se ha caracterizado por ser una agencia que brinda un excelente servicio a sus clientes con gran profesionalismo y cortesía. Pero este año se ha visto opacado por la Aerolínea que han contratado Air Century. Una aerolínea informal sin respeto por los clientes. El pasaje inicial era 11.30. PLEASE DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DON'T BOOK WITH RISA TRAVEL!!! We have been trying for over a month to get a refund and nobody ever calls us back. I have numerous emails and still no resolution. We are a party of 17 and in the beginning were more than willing to push our trip out till next year but after constant run around decided to rather lose half of the money we put in then put our trust in them once again. I would like to give it zero star but it does not exist, I do not recommend this travel agency, they are perfect scammers, we wanted to cancel (only 3 weeks after paying the fund) for all this of the world pandemic, we expected to travel with my parents and my 7-year-old girl with medical conditions so we believe that it is not time to travel with the spread of the CoronaVirus , the company Risa travel flatly refused to return the fund that we had given because they alleging that our lives were not in danger traveling to pun... read more
