PLEASE DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DON'T BOOK WITH RISA TRAVEL!!! We have been trying for over a month to get a refund and nobody ever calls us back. I have numerous emails and still no resolution. We are a party of 17 and in the beginning were more than willing to push our trip out till next year but after constant run around decided to rather lose half of the money we put in then put our trust in them once again. I would like to give it zero star but it does not exist, I do not recommend this travel agency, they are perfect scammers, we wanted to cancel (only 3 weeks after paying the fund) for all this of the world pandemic, we expected to travel with my parents and my 7-year-old girl with medical conditions so we believe that it is not time to travel with the spread of the CoronaVirus , the company Risa travel flatly refused to return the fund that we had given because they alleging that our lives were not in danger traveling to pun... read more

Tremenda agencia de viaje tiene un personal excelente especialmente Alexandra q fue la q nos orientó y nos hizo nuestro paquete de viaje a Europa donde visitamos Madrid San Sebastián en el pais Vazco Burdeos en Francia y Paris Alexandra es magnífica en su trabajo El trato es espectacular y nos salió todo como ella nos lo planeo Estamos mas q agradecidos y volveremos a utilizar sus servicios

SCAM/FRAUD This company is far from the picture they paint when trying to get your money! Please stay as far away from them as possible they are scammers and love to make you think you are wrong. Don't waste your time nor money on Risa Travel go to expedia.com and save yourself the headache and horrible customer service. They over charge and make you believe it's such a deal and god forbid you call for a refund little do you know they have sent you a new contract you didn't agree with or original signed and they WONT honor... read more
