I am shocked at the low scores. I have always found Dr. Sponzilli very caring, a good listener, friendly, and knowlegeable. He has done everything possible to help me.

Speedy and friendly service at endoscopy center. Procedure went extremely well led by Dr Sharma
Dr. Sharma is great. However, I have to wait 6 weeks for an appointment either video or in person!
From start to finish, everyone I encountered was kind, helpful and did all they could to enhance my feelings of comfort .
My experience at Marin Gastroenterology, and specifically with Dr. Sharma and her team was exceptional. From the moment I was greeted until the moment I left I was treated with sensitivity and care. Communication was clear. The office and team were very organized. The prep instructions were easy to follow. The facility was very clean, comfortable and professional. I am grateful for Dr. Sharma and her extraordinary team.
Other than the prep which I am sure is nobody's favorite...the procedure was so simple. This was my first! From my initial interaction with office setting up appointment, to when Dr Sharma walked into my prep room was wonderful. Dr Sharma was positive , bright, great smile, very reassuring...I knew I was in good hands! The staff that day... intake nurse, anesthesiologist, and nurse after were all wonderful- all so kind, positive. Again felt well taken care of. No worries at all! Thank you, Dr. Sharma. No one is excited to have a colonoscopy, but I am so grateful I did. The timing may have made a big difference between having cancer or not. I so appreciate Dr. Sharma's clear and honest explanation, as well as her gentle bedside manner. It makes a difference.
