No one looks forward to a colonoscopy but Dr. Sharma and the entire staff at the Endoscopy Center of Marin were so kind, professional and reassuring. First class treatment from start to finish, with short waits, clear communication, and extremely nice people. I highly recommend Dr. Sharma.
This is a highly efficient, friendly staff but in their effort to be efficient they missed an important step. They gave me very little information post procedure and what was given was given within minutes of coming out of anesthesia; no written info about what would be best diet or follow up. They do point out to expect to be groggy but then expect me to ask questions and remember the few instructions they give. Fortunately, I had only minor complications as a result.
Wonderfully kind, patient, and informative. I never felt rushed. Dr. Sharma asked me all the right questions, so we could both understand.
Dr. Sharma was totally pleasant on something I wasn't psyched to do, and had the most excellent bedside manners. She was a pleasure to speak with and delivered her comments in a measured and sympathetic tone. Really enjoyed the experience and my interactions with her.
My first colonoscopy with Dr. Sharma and the team at Marin Gastro completely exceeded my expectations! Highest level of professionalism, on time, and so warm and friendly. A very pleasant experience for an unpleasant procedure....ha! Ha! Thank you Dr. Sharma! Happy Holidays! Coleen Q
Ripple was fantastic. This was my first time undergoing a medical procedure and she was so patient with my neuroses, my gobs of questions and fears. Her presence was incredibly warm and gentle. I had heard this from two other friends that had recently seen her, I had to pick Ripple and incredibly grateful I did.
Great experience for my first colonoscopy. It was easy, staff were wonderful, and I really could not recommend them more highly.
