The whole staff and office were great! I highly recommend. Very professional and warm and Dr. Sharma was caring and very personable.
Dr. Sponzilli was the worst doctor I have ever been to. He made fun of my questions, left me waiting in the examining room. His assistance told me I was mistaken to think he told me he would be right back. He refused to explain terms on the report, was brusque, even snotty. I do not understand why he is still in this practice. I would give zero stars if that were an option.
I have just become a patient of Dr. Sharma. She's not only capable but kind and forthcoming with information, and seemingly very prepared for our appointment from having reviewed my family history.
I very recently had a TAVR procedure performed by Dr. Raghupathy and his team. Through prior consultations I was well informed about the nature of the procedure including likely and possible outcomes. The procedure went exactly as it was supposed to. I had no adverse after effects whatever, was in the hospital for one night following the procedure for observation, and then home to resume my normal life after just a few days initially of taking it easy.
I've been seeing Dr. Sharma for four years, and the care she provides is excellent. I am a high-risk patient, and her expertise and quick action when issues arise have been invaluable. In addition to being a skilled physician, she also has a magnificent bedside manner. Very kind, human, and caring. She is my favorite doctor. One doesn't usually look forward to a colonoscopy, but knowing she is there taking care of me makes it way less scary. Highly recommend!
I have always loved her approach to treatment, kind, thoughtful, good listener, patient but this year she went above and beyond. I had a procedure where they could not get the IV in and she held my hand through the whole thing because it was very painful. When they could not succeed she and her incredible nurse, Vanessa Bloom, went out of their way to cut a day from her vacation and get me in less than a day's notice to a trusted hospital, where everything went very smoothly. I am so grateful.
If you want a less caring physician, you won’t find one. He is your guy. Ensures your questions and your care remains unfulfilled while takes every chance to bill your insurance.
Very Pleasant , all Staff, Nurses are All Very Accommodating, , Im Very Please , I Feel That Im A Very Important Person
on my last visit, the receptionist didn't inform me of a problem with my insurance until after I was disrobed and with the doctor. Then I was asked to sign a form that I would pay out of pocket. Only after leaving the room did I realize they had checked the wrong insurance. The receptionist refused to accept my valid insurance and demanded I pay out of pocket. She took a copy of my valid insurance card and I told her to send me a bill. Instead I got a certified letter that the practice will no longer see me.
