Best Tailor in Philadelphia - Expert Work and Friendly Service – Rippert's provides exceptional service and attention to detail. Kathy has been fitting my suits for work for about 5 years now and she does a wonderful job- I also take my dry cleaning to her every week. Last year she altered all of my bridesmaid's dresses for my wedding and some of them needed extensive work. Everyone's dress ended up being perfect. Kathy is a pleasure to deal with - I don't know what I would do without her!
