I had a great experience with the leasing agent, Mark. He was friendly, seemed genuinely interested in finding the best fit for me, and was able to answer all of my questions on the spot. He's one of the few leasing agents I've dealt with who didn't have to go check with someone else every other question, you can tell he knows what he's doing. Do not live at Rio west! I cannot detest this place enough! I am a second year resident and it used to be a decent place to live but now it is horrible! Management has just changed so all reviews are out of date. The new management is awful, unfriendly, and unhelpful. They are also actively and knowingly towing their own residents from their spots that they pay 100 dollars a month for! Cannot wait to move out!!!
Good apartment and most importantly, NO BUGS! I've had no problems thus far, the only complaint would probably be the floors. I live in one of the unrenovated rooms and the checkered floors are really hideous and gets dirty soo quickly! But other than that, good place to live.
A great place to live on West Campus! Lots of great residents!
