THE FIVE STAR REVIEWS ARE FAKE. 2 year ago, RIo West shamelessly bribed students to leave good reviews in exchange for gift cards. Not a good experience. Countless hidden fees, 900+ cleaning charge after you move out, the furniture from the model room is completely different from what they give you. The site advertises amenities that no longer exist. By not having a rainy rm!
Rio West is a great affordable west campus apartment complex. The people in the office are really nice and pretty helpful. All of the complex's amenities have been recently updated so they are pretty nice, especially for a complex in this price range. Some of my favorite parts of the complex are the private gated dog park and newly remodeled gym. The walk to campus is super simple and roughly 10-15 mins depending on which campus you are going to. One of the best student properties in Austin. Great location great staff great amenities. Kristi is very informative and always on top of her game work orders, questions in regards to the lease she has been such a great help. I recommend Rio West, no place else like it!!
