Recently contacted Rio Management Group and I can honestly say I was treated with respect and professionalism. Not only was the staff courteous but they very prompt in resolving the issue. I highly recommend them.
There's no stars to Rate this company. Rio management is unprofessional. I'm an owner at Villa Grande, About two weeks ago we had an incident that was videotaped by an owner in there balcony. the incident happened in the pool area. The police were even called. You clearly see the management company threatening and assaulting one of the board members. The male employee was even going towards her like if he was going to hit her. He had to get taken off with the property by the other board member. These people have sent letters... read more
The worst management i have ever seen in my whole life. One star is too much for them.When you are renting an apartment they don't give you a key unless you give them the deposit and to get back your deposit after your moving u need to wait a year!!!! I moved from Miami almost a month ago and since then i have been calling them . They either don't answer the phone and you have to leave message without any calling back from them or they answer your phone without any follow up.
