The office staff needs a leader that has a VERY STRONG in organizing all the office personal. The Dr. is straight to the point and no chat time but that's alright. The problem is the front office staff. I had a appointment for 4-5-18 @ 2:45pm for a back injection and when I arrived no one waiting, I told the person at the window & show her the appt paper & she told me they called me to cancel the appt & left a messaged. I told no one called and with the technology with phones I can prove it.

Office staff is the most incompetent collection of humans I've ever encountered in a professional business. Their mishandling of something as simple as setting up an MRI at another location seemed almost deliberate. You're lucky if you can get them to answer the phone, I've just given up and just drove to the office. If you do manage to leave a message they never, and I mean never, return your call. There aren't enough chairs to accommodate the scheduling overlap.

Wait time is way to long. The doctor does little to help you with your problems and will always give you a hard time with your prescriptions.

Bedside manner is very good considering his office is jammed.Hope that tells you he has no time for chit chat and Oh Yeah office is packed for a reason. Get it yet? Eliminated chronic knee, back and shoulder pain. I am considering trying another doctor who loves to talk about how great he is and he also has no waiting time.

Yes schedule your appointment early in the morning this will stop the long Waits and afternoon. Dr slavin has a decent bedside manner yes some of his employees have bad days as we do I guess there's no excuse but life is life and this is the valley tough to get good help at times. I mention his employee problems at one time he's very receptive and appreciative that I told him about it.

Dr. Slavin and his team have been a great help to me with my chronic pain. He has always been patient but efficient. I have been a patient of dr. slavin for over a year. Yes, his office is always busy but the wait is not unreasonable. I would recommend seeing Dr. Slavin if you have chronic pain.
