Been an established patient with Dr Slavin since 2020. Dr. Slavin unfortunately the staff gives him a bad name. Being that his wife is the office manager Dr. Slavin doesn’t have a say so. Rude staff, unprofessional, and incompetent staff. Not recommended to deal with these kind of patients when in pain. They don’t care of patients.
First time visit and I wanted to scream and yell at the staff .. very frustrated visit !! Never again!!!
I came to Dr Slaven from another pain management doctor, who had told me he couldn’t help me because I was fat. Dr Slaven took right over. We made a plan and I’ve been there for years now five or six years. compared to the other doctor I went to the wait is nothing. for a while it was a problem with seating, but it seems to be better now. The Dr. is great, just wish he had an admin staff to match. I was seen by the Dr. twice and received a neck injection, next thing I know I am refused service for having an open worker's comp case on a different part of my body. Their staff made up lies that I repeatedly missed my appoitments and that I refused to provide them with my insurance information.
I've been seeing Dr. Salvin going on 2+ year's. Always busy caring for his patients, yes sometimes I have to wait extra time. However, he ways gives me the same time to express may concerns. He's a great doctor has made my life liveable controlling my serve pain. I hope he will be continue for a long time to come. .
He held my medicine hostage for a dangerous spinal injection i refused to take and didn’t even notice I got a brain and neurological injury for the mismanagement of my medicine and still four years later I suffer day and night with this . My whole life’s been ruined because of this dr
