We have lived here for just over a year and are SO pleased that we made the decision to live in Riley Towers. The Staff in the Welcome Center DO make you feel "welcome." The gentlemen at the Concierge Desk are very professional, helpful and personable. The Maintenance Staff, whether it be Housekeeping or those individuals who make the routine and necessary repairs, are absolutely wonderful, with everything handled in a professional and top-notch manner, whether it concerns the apartments, grounds and/or amenities. I have loved living here for 5 years and the management is excellent!
Riley Towers is a great place to live! I can't recommend it highly enough. The apartments are spacious and well maintained compared to some of the other downtown options. The people are great and always so helpful! If you are looking for a great place to live close to downtown Indy look no further!
Riley Towers is a top notch place to live. I have lived in a few apartments in downtown Indy and the Towers are by far the best. There amenities and staff are second to none. When there is a problem if any they are on the spot doing what needs to be done. The staff makes you fill like you are family. I would recommend Riley Towers to any of my family or friends and feel good about my recommendation because I see the way they treat there residents. Thanks again for making our life's easier.
