its freezing outside and the heat is all the way up and the window let's so much cold in because it's not shutting properly. I have ice on the inside on the house on the window
Because management does nothing to inform it's residents of maintainence issues. And they also allow security employees to be very rude and loud to residents by screaming at them over the phone and then hanging up on them. Management company has allowed one elevator in a 30 story residential building to be unavailable for over 6 weeks. Now the only other elevator is broke and we cannot get access to our home.

I've been at Riley Towers for about 6 months now. New to Indianapolis, this is the perfect location! Everything on Mass Ave is a close walk and the center of downtown is a $5 Uber ride. They have an incredible gym, sauna, tanning bed, and pool. Amie was helpful with helping me find my way around when I first moved in. The rest of the staff is always friendly as well. Would recommend!
