These pieces of shit are sending me bills for appointments they made for me without me even knowing and they wouldn't answer my calls weeks ahead so i could cancel it. Theyll be lucky if they see a dime from me. NEVER going here again
I work at North as an RN and have also been an inpatient when I had my baby. My PCP and OB are also based there, and I have used their laboratory and radiology services for myself and/or my child. The overall culture at this hospital is positive and altruistic. Almost no one who works there is 'unhappy' or 'bothered' when you ask for something. People smile and try to help. The staff I interact with are collaborative and professional and put the patient first.
Always the best doctors and nurses to help my family. I've been here many of times because of my son's seizures and they are always so calm and kind to us in our time of need. Thank you all for all your help and time.
I had my daughter there back in July. This was my first child and I had a very complicated pregnancy that resulted in a scheduled C section for the safety of my baby. I was terrified. I was terrified for my child, having surgery, having the spinal block, everything. I was checked in that day by a nurse by the name of Rachelle. She turned my experience completely around. Went to registration dept. I did gave that info my claim from workers comp. It supposed pay through to my workers compensation insurance for my work injury to related. They billed to my insurance co without my KNOWLEDGE and Miscommunication!! I called they say will changed and process between 30 to 45 days for refund my pockets and deductible. My suggestion for my idea. The patient accounts in different accounts for insurance co and/or workers compensation. My out of pockets are GONE������
