Recommended😡 Have you EVER in your ENTIRE life heard of a Chaplain at a hospital coming in to try and force the agenda of the hospital staff?? My vba3c client gets there, is told baby looks great and her vitals are great but they recommend a Csection since she's had them before. She rightfully refuses, because vitals and baby are fine, signs vbac form, and they come in to pressure her 4 more times. Horrible experience at IU health. My son was vomiting at daycare and not eating anything. I called his pediatrician who recommended we take him to the E.R. in the nearly 3 hours we were sitting in the waiting room my son started eating and acting normal. I asked if we could leave and was trying no because of "legal reasons.". When we were finally seen it was for about five minutes. They looked in my son's mouth and ears and told me he was fine. Every doctors visit and hospitalization always amazes us. Everyone is very welcoming, everything is super organized, and best of all clean!
I wouldn’t even rate this place with a half of a star. These people are RACIST !
This is one of the best hospital around. Just wish it take so long in the ER
Had an outpatient surgery today. Everyone was amazing there- from registration to surgeon, I had a great experience. The pre-op nurse I had, Kristen, was beyond exceptional. She held my hand while getting the IV that took multiple attempts, had so much kindness in her voice when she saw me tearing up, and came and hugged me once I was in recovery. The staff really made me feel much less anxious, and I hope any future medical procedures will be there.
I had to stay over night with my daughter and I had to sleep up right in a chair for three days. A couple of time we can not find her the nurse on the floor. They put in a order for a cot for me and it never came. I had to sleep in a chair. I am not happy about that. The food is not good. Not good
We received a huge bill & never saw a doctor after going to the IU North ER for a traumatic head injury. We had 2 P.A.'s see our daughter and one had to get the other because she apparently did know what to do with a concussion. To top it off, a nurse came to dismiss us and told us that our daughter could "go back to school the next day if she felt like it." Suffice it to say, when we finally saw a real Dr the following week, we received much different input. We'll not be going back to IU North for emergency care.
