Lynn was my hygentist. She was absolutely fantastic! This was my first visit to your clinic and she made me feel welcomed and comfortable. She was great about explaining everything to me and answering any questions I had. I wish I could have her every time! Ashley at the front desk at check out was also great. She provided excellent customer service and was extremely helpful with scheduling an appointment around my busy schedule. Maybe I won't dread going to the dentist any more!

Darlene and Dr. Boucher are wonderful!! I was concerned with how they would work with my nine year old, who was having a cavity filled. They were excellent, quickly put my worries to rest!

Everyone was really nice from the front desk to checking out to leave. Emma was very nice and helpful during the exam. Dr. Riley explained everything so well.

I recently moved to Lynchburg from New Smyrna Beach Florida and have met very few people but the ones I have met are friendly and welcoming including the staff in your office. I met specifically with Dr. Riley and Amy who took so much time evaluating my situation. Thank you....

Kathy gave a very gentle and thorough cleaning. Dr Boucher was polite, professional and efficient. Becky explained the x-ray procedures in detail.

I think her name was Cathy, she assisted Dr. Riley with my last minute filling appointment and she was very personable and honestly made me feel a lot more at ease being in an unfamiliar dentist office and under a stressful circumstance leading up to my visit (a periodontist appointment to be followed by a dental appointment but my regular dentist had to cancel because of an emergency). Everyone was really friendly but your fees are extremely to high for someone who does not have any dental insurance. I will not be able to continue with your services and therefore I and requesting that you cancel my cleaning appointment which is set for Thursday, August 7th. I have spoken with my health insurance agent and he has referred me to another dentist in the area and I have contacted them and their fees are very affordable and therefore I am also requesting that you send my x-rays that were taken yesterday to the f... read more
