I had a complete understanding of my dental care and the customer service was impeccable.
My hygienist, Kathy, is excellent! She explains what she is doing and is very careful to be sure I am always comfortable. Never feel any discomfort at all!
Excellent staff! Love Dr. Brent Riley ! Kids adored him and the staff.

This was my first visit to Riley Dental. It was the most thorough dental evaluation I have ever received. The receptionist, dental assistant, dental hygienist, Dr. Brent Riley and the young lady who made a future appointment me were wonderful.
I was upset because I went to the dentist to get my teeth cleaned and they are telling me that I need to come back twice to get that completed. I am upset how they could not complete the "first half of the service" during my time. To make matters even worst, per dentist orders on how bad they made it sound. I have to wait another four months. This is completely bad service at all. I am so upset on how it was handle. I hope that the dentist see how this patient was handled. Lisa was also very helpful and professional at checkout and follow-up as she made effort to call and get me in early for next appointments
My dental hygienist (name?) is an A1 asset to your practice. She was most personable, thoughtful, careful to explain her procedures..... a delight.
