I quickly became NOT a fan of BECKY, the new patient coordinator. She joked and it wasn't funny, she made comments and jokes about my teeth after I specifically stated thatmy teeth are my demons and that my previous experiences with dentists offices were horrible and that I left them feeling horrible. She didn't change her gloves, and made me uncomfortable.

I love going into my dentist's office, and normally I hate those places. Dr. Riley's staff are always smiling and cheerful and help me feel at ease. Normally I suffer from 'White Coat Syndrome', but as soon as I sit down in the dental room and talk with the nurse, I feel much more calm. The service was great, even going so at as to giving me options to better accommodate my comfort level with procedures. Great service and environment!

Becky, Dr. Jeff Riley's assistant, was terrific, as was Doctor Riley. I also enjoyed meeting Dr. Boucher and her assistant.

I had an appointment at 10:45....arrived at 10:35 with everything complete, but was not taken in until 11:10. For having an appointment, I was a little upset by this. Everything else was fantastic.
