Going into day 4 being in this hospital (Riley Children's Hospital) for a surgery (Friday morning) that I was told is done as outpatient & patients go home the same day. My daughter was required to stay overnight because she has asthma & they wanted to monitor her breathing. The surgery was to shave down her tonsils, adenoids, & skin by her voice box (I forgot the medical term) because she was diagnosed wit severe sleep apnea in September. Here over 24hrs for nothing!! No help was given to my child!! Then after waiting for discharge papers for an HR I go ask bout them they still don't have ready I say I'm ready to go I have work in the morning and get told well sir if u leave social services will get involved! Are you kidding don't go here they waste your time with no real results!????
I � Riley Hospital! The sincere care of the physicians, nurses and housekeepers have exceeded all my expectations. I appreciate the care they display while caring for my granddaughter. They’ve also made my daughter feel at home!
My daughter came in for surgery on the 16th. Her surgeon was Haider who was extremely amazing along with her Nurse Beth. It's always a pleasure coming here. Staff is extremely nice.
