We try to eat here at least 4 times a year. Food is excellent, especially the Mahi tacos! But make sure to either go early or make a reservation!

Ate there for my husbands birthday tonight. We had a fantastic waiter named Joey. He was pleasant, knowledgeable about the menu/drinks, and really seemed to enjoy his job. Appeared that he ran the bar as well tonight, and everything just ran very smoothly. Our drinks were delicious, and made very well (only needed one each!). We got a crab pretzel for our appetizer. I drive past Riks Cafe all the time and never stop but, last night I did and I must say I was glad I did, I loved the food, the atmosphere and the employees were great.
Always a great experience! Excellent food, superb service and amazing cocktails!
We come here often for lunch, dinner, parties and casual drinks. We enjoy bringing out of town guests here instead of going to big name chain restaurants. Never had a bad meal or bad service at Rik's. Truly one of Hagerstown's best restaurants and one of Maryland's hidden gems.

We read about Riks in the Hagerstown Mag and decided to check it out. I'm so glad we did. Nice atmosphere, a big welcome from Rik, terrific service (thanks Marcello), and wonderful food. I had cream of crab soup and the only negative is that I only got a cup and not a bowl. It was excellent!!! It was creamy, but not just a plain cream base.
