Discovered Rik's today for lunch. Food was excellent. Clever combinations of flavors. Service was very good. Criticisms: Decor was awful. So dark and dismal! Although the food was delicious and very well presented, it was barely lukewarm when arriving at the table. Ordered a black decaf tea. Big mistake! Water was barely warm. As a tea expert, my advice is don't sell tea if you don't know how to prepare it!
We celebrated my wife's birthday here. Food was excellent, service was great, and our waiter Patrick was very accommodating to our party of 7. If we ate out more often it would be here!
Enjoyed the food, soup of the day was great, so good i brought a cup home. We will be back.

Excellent food, $$$$, female hostess behaved as if she worked at Tavern on the Green, bordering on not nice is the nicest way I can say it.

If you know the location you will understand what a 'hidden' jem Riks is. Great food, drink, and atmospere, it is worth seeking out. I had a draught and the blackened Mahi-Mahi Reuben. It was delicious with hand cut fries.
I love the food at Rik's..the atmosphere is inviting and the food is fresh and unique...and to top off a great meal is their "chango" fried cheesecake...the Best..
We LOVE this restaurant! The food is amazing! The staff is incredibly friendly and engaging! The owners are so thoughtful and committed to quality! The atmosphere is warm and I just love being there.
