Went to rik's yesterday for birthday dinner food was amazing. I'll definitely be back!!

I like the food but they have terrible pick up service. Three times left on hold and had to call back multiple times. I spend at least $ 80 each time I go there. Tonight has really got me angry. First I call and then I get disconnected then I call back and an employee named Taylor asked if I could hold for a minute. Ten minutes later I am still on hold. I call back and Taylor answers again. We ate at Riks last night. No clue how we could walk in at 645 and be seat by 7pm. Beet and berry salad was delicious, and so was my husbands dinner. Our server and the host were great.
Rik's is always amazing. Larger party great service. I had the Caesar salad with salmon and it was done perfect. Great seasoning!!! Love this place such a special place to go!!!
Fantastic cuisine, great staff, beautiful atmosphere...a little bit loud, but a very nice place. My new FAV!!!
