Gaston was one of the most helpful and experienced salesperson that I have ever encountered in purchasing a car.Prior to coming to Right Honda, I had an appointment with Right Toyota to discuss purchasing a vehicle. That was not a pleasant experience so I thought I would visit Right Honda; I am so glad I did.
Rick Morse was fine to work with. Finance guy was also fine -- even though he managed to sell us a maintenance contract! Your regular sales people out front are a bit unprofessional and downgrade the overall image of your dealership, in my opinion. Especially as they call out the potential customer's car that they plan to approach. You might consider a more professional approach -- especially for a Scottsdale firm.
In and out quickly!! Loved it! Great service ~ and they washed my car, great bonus!
I was very pleased with the people I worked with. Jake was the sales person and he was willing to take a lot of time with me. I did not buy anything on my first visit and he was very understanding. I ended up coming back later the same week and bought the CRV from Jake.
Great--Zach was great to deal with. Danny took good care of the final deal process as well. Great vehicle and Jose in finance was very helpful -- thanks to all at Right Honda.
Pretty Good; Salesman forgot to UNLOCK the security code so when I got into the car the next day (in my garage), it wouldn't start. I missed a lunch date and picking up a new puppy while I waited for the salesman to come out to my house and take the code off so my car would start....... Other than that.....it was a good experience

Working with Gaston Villegas was wonderful. Brandon Warwick was horrible. He was rude to me, called me names and almost lost a sale. If it were not for Gaston; I would have walked away.
I brought my present CRV in for service and in walking through the showroom asked about the new models. Burnette Newkirt approached me and within minutes impressed me with his knowledge of the 2013 CRV and willingly offered to show me a new car and to drive it. 24 hours later I am the proud owner of another CRV, 2013 and will be shipping the 5 year old car back to PA for use there.
