My experience was great. The sales people were very helpful in showing all of the features of the car when I first came to the dealership. I only wanted to view the car at my first visit (and informed the sales person that I was not interested in buying that day), I felt that they were trying too hard to sell me the car that day even though I warned them ahead of time that I was not interested in purchasing. I set the appt with Andrew Cyr; Bill wrote the R/O when I got there. These guys are great. I've been a customer since '06/'07 and they've never let me down. Their work ethic & honesty are what keeps me coming back. And of course, the quality of the techs' work plus the knowledge of the Service Dept staff make for a winning team. Always a 5 star experience!
Great as usual! I went in for an oil change and light bulb replacement- car was ready quickly. While there (of course :) a salesman approached me about trading in my car.
I am a newly divorced woman who is trying to get her life back in order. My car purchase was the best experience I have ever had. The whole team treated me politely and I didn't feel taken advantage of at all.
Fabian is the best! Very friendly, knowledgeable, efficient and accommodating, and described everything in detail as to what was required/what repairs were completed.
IT WAS GOOD, EVERYONE WAS TRYING TO HELP. I GOT THE VEHICLE THAT I WANTED AND THE SALES PERSON WAS GREAT. THE LAST VEHICLE WE PURCHASED WE USED THE SAmE SALES PERSON.
