More than satisfied with Tim' greeting and waiting at cashier desk to thank me and introduce her. Waiting area neat and clean as was men's room. I appreciate extra service performed with oil change and tire rotation. Overall I am pleased with every experience at Right Honda.

The sales person was not pushy and zoned in on what I was looking for, and found it the first visit. The sales advisor was supportive and worked with my financial requirements, making the purchase possible. The financial assistance was forceful at first because we were not making the down-payment on the day the paperwork was being arranged, but he soon understood the arrangement made with the sales advisor and worked out a great financial plan for my needs.
AWESOME! It has taken me longer to get a meal at a resturant than it did to do the paperwork and drive out with my new car! Staff was very friendly and most of all, efficient. Glad I "stepped up" from a life long Cadillac man to Honda. My new Pilot is heads and shoulders above the SRX I previously had, at HALF the cost! Our salesman, Craig, even programmed my phone into the car's hands free system because I'm not a real "techie" guy.
