I was immediately greeted upon my arrival. The auto advisor took the time to understand my wants and needs and was very patient in helping me find a car to match those needs.
My car engine would not turn over in the morning. So I jumped it and drove into the service station. They let me know my battery needed replacing
I was very pleased with the service I received at this Honda dealership. I was told what was going to happen and when and I would be advised when my CRV was ready. It all went smoothly and I enjoyed the added car wash when I picked up my car.
Gary Kravetz was amazing person to work with at Right Honda in N. Scottsdale. He was very kind and patient and gave me a great deal!!! I feel like I got the right car for me.
The best hassle free car buying experience. Gibby and Co went above and beyond the call of duty to help us with all of our needs. We came here after having an awful and insulting experience from the Honda dealers on Bell. Right Honda is beyond comparison to them.
Andy really helped me to have a good experience at Right Honda. He answered all of my questions and was very courteous. The children's play area is extremely awesome and it really helped to keep the baby happy and contained. It was so nice to not stress about her running all over or having to keep her in a tiny area. I came in for an oil change. They gave the car a thorough check out. Mike Weaver helped me, and explained that 3 of my tires are close to needing to be replaced. I appreciated that - I didn't think to check the treads on them!
Over the years, I have purchased or leased seven Hondas (including the two we leased this past weekend from Right Honda)) from five different Honda dealerships in three different states. Without exception, my experience with Right Honda / Gary Kravetz has been the best ever. If a perfect 10 exists, then Gary hit the mark.
