Marcus did an excellent job. And then, after the sale, Terry was wonderful to work with on adding dealer installed additions and accessories. The only thing needing improvement is the lack of easy access to Enterprise and the length of time it took from payment at the service window (for an additional accessory) to when they finally brought my car around.
A great experience. I came to you via the CarPro show. Everyone was very courteous and kind with no pressure. I want to give a shout out to Gary Kravetz and Larry "Bubba" Egnor for taking good care of us. My wife hates the car buying process and literaly enjoyed it this time around.
wesome!!! Salesman was courteous and well prepared. Knowledge of the CAR was super. He stayed with me until I knew all the essentials of the car and how to operate it.
I had a great experience at Right Honda in Scottsdale. Jay Powers took great care of me and helped me (along with the finance department) out of a bad car loan. I was able to add the negative equity from my trade in the new car loan and got a much better rate than expected. I was there after closing and they still finished the deal for me. I would recommend Right Honda and Jay and I will definitely use them again in the future Thanks again!
The best experience I have ever had at a car dealership. Craig Thorpe is without a professional. He was so helpful getting me thru a process that I initially dreaded. He was wonderful!!!
We bought a 2014 CRV from Marcus and he was very pleasant to deal with, he explained many of the import features and took care of us quickly. Also Jose worked with us in finance and he was very patient with us in explaining all the extras
I had such a great experience! Jake, my sales person, was so professional! He was so knowledgeable about every Honda car!! Told him exactly what I wanted and was looking for in a car and matched me up with a PERFECT car! I didn't feel pressured but felt helped!! I was confident this was the car for me! I love my new car! Exceptional service and professionalism from Bill Michael. I recommend you change your business model on how you greet new customers. For example - when I initially drove into the entrance of Right Honda the experience was overwhelming because there were way too many salespeople standing outside waiting for customers.
