Customer service was excellent, sales asked right questions and understood my needs, due to my bad credit and trade situation, Honda was able to work with me in getting what I wanted
It was my first time purchasing a car and I was hesitant on going through with the deal. He worked with me and help me know I was making the right choice. I am glad we had him help!
Overall, very good. Your cashier is not very happy however. I noted that the day I came in for service. She was just not very customer service oriented in my mind. That's sad, because everyone else is friendly and welcoming. It was a little off-putting.
It was perfect. Wasn't even planning on buying a car at all when I went in and Corey made it make enough sense to pull the trigger. Amazing salesman and did a great job. Will definitely recommend friends and family
JC was very accommodating making sure I drove each of the 3 cars I was interested in. He did not hard sell and was gracious when we informed him we were going to test drive other makes of cars. When we returned the next day he again allowed me to drive my 2 choices and helped me to make my decision to go with the CR-V rather than the accord because he knew my daughter is moving to CO and I will be traveling to visit her. The CR-V will handle the terrain and weather I may encounter.
One of the best car buying experiences I have ever had.
Second vehicle we've leased from Craig. He was professional, courteous and very pleasant to work with.
