I had hoped to complete the transaction in 30 minutes. We did it in 12. Amazing
Marcus was very persistent in getting me in to Right Honda even though it is far for me. I turned in my lease early and got the color I originally wanted on a new 2015 CRV. John was fast and did not pressure me to add a bunch...I did add the security. Both were great...Right treated me right. CG
It was an enjoyable car shopping (purchase) experience. I was never pressured nor did I feel uncomfortable asking questions to the sales rep (Chuck Vasse). I eventually purchased a vehicle because of the this.
Will was courteous, thorough, and knowledgeable about the products available. Most importantantly, he listened to our needs/concerns and followed up directly.
Colin was an informative, helpful, and very pleasant sales person. He did not pressure me to make a decision or try to up-sell me. The purchase process was a very good experience.
Very well told them what I wanted and how much I wanted to pay got me into a great vehicle.
