The service was done quite efficiently and promptly. The service person even included attention to a recall problem that I had neglected to mention.

Being my first time buying a new car I did not know what to expect. My experience was far from what people had described buying a car would be like. Using my Costco membership I was able to get good pricing and have a pleasant experience. Steve and Corry did a great job.
Overall experience was good. But not happy with how pricing kept on changing from sale person to person. I wish very sales person coordinate internally before committing to the customer.

It was great! My salesman (Marshall) listened to what I wanted and even though I started out looking to lease a new Civic, I ended up purchasing a pre-owned Civic Si for about the same price. I LOVE the car...it's exactly what I wanted. They worked with me to get me the car I wanted at the price I wanted. Jose in Finance was great and easy to work with as well. Happy customer here!
