Great experiance, Jeff was strait forward an easy to deal with, had a qoute from anther deal, Jeff promply responded with a "No BS" offer. Agreement in less than 15 minutes. Came back to complette paperwork!
We actually came just to look at cars not to purchase a car, but we ended up purchasing a car. I own a 2002 Honda Civic which I purchased at your dealership. The service has been fantastic, and Right Honda has been the only repair service to touch my car. Alan McKenna(sp?) has been my service manager. I had been talking to my nephew about our needing another car since my Mazda was getting pretty old, so we came in to see what there was in used models. He researched the Right Honda inventory and was prepared to show us used cars that fit our needs. Turned out one that had just been traded in was a good fit. I have been very pleased with my last vehicle (Used 2008 Honda Civic Hybrid) purchase from Right Honda and I really like the Service Dept (initially the reason I decided to purchase a car at Right Honda after moving from Calif and using Right's Service Dept). I have a long term goal to be a Honda Lease Customer and after spending quite some time with your Sales Mgr Brandon (he was my salesman when I bought first car) & Salesman Jake I am hoping we are on the right path. So we shall see in 18-24months.
