Overall very smooth. Nothing gimmicky. Rick and Gary in the fleet department worked with me to get some paperwork signed at a different location where my dad was located (the lease was for him but he is recovering from an illness and too sick to come in himself).

Truthfully, I had a great experience with the sales rep, Angelo. He was very kind, and truly helped assist me in finding the exact color and model of the car. I'm generally a very picky person, and the interior of the vehicle needed to be as amazing at a low price for my budget. He was patient throughout the process and I appreciate him putting up with my parents and I.

The purchase of a car can be a difficult experience. In our case the issue was magnified by the fact that my wife's car had been totaled in an accident, and we were under some time pressure. Outstanding courtesy, service and professionalism. Kareem McCleskey was the epitome of a great sales representative. He knew is products and could address all concerns that I had about them.
