We had no AC in the Texas summers in mid July and I could not figure it out. I called The Right Choice Heating and Air in Farmers Branch and they sent two tech and the owner stopped by to help because he was in the area. They had the AC back up and running very quickly to the excitement of my wife. The owner said it was the solenoid which was at fault and more then like from a lightening strike very near the AC. I will always referr The Right Coice Heating and Air to my friends and co-workers. Thanks
Emilio did a great job. I received a call back within 5 minutes and they came over within the hour to check our AC issue. He was extremely professional and thorough with their work. I'll be recommending them to all my neighbors and they'll definitely be my first call for any future work
I used The Right Choice when my furnace stopped working. They had a technician out at my house very quickly. They fixed the problem and my furnace hasn't had any problems since. I will definitely use them again in the future if I have too.
I called to get maintenance for my new place. Tom came to my house and performed the maintenance and also found few problems i had in my furnace. He fixed it for me and I didn't pay a fortune for it :). The right choice is a great company and I will use them again

I've been a long time customer of The Right Choice Heating and Air, they've always made me feel like a part of their team. Their technicians are very professional and honest and always help me out. There is no better choice than The Right Choice.
There is not enough great things to say about this company and their staff. Our AC stopped working on the hottest day of the summer and I called The Right Choice Heating and Air around 8 am and was told someone would call me within 30 minutes with a time. Before I knew it Emilio called and was at my door within the next 20 minutes. It was less than $100 to diagnose. I owe this company and Emilio everything. We will be a forever customer.
This is my first experience with The Right Choice Heating and Air, I called them about my furnace not lighting. The service tech Andrew quickly identified the problem and had the part replaced with minutes. He counseled me on the condition of the furnace telling me characteristics of the model and gave me recommendations. I am very pleased with the work that Andrew did and recommend his work. The Right Choice is very responsive and I will call them next time I need any furnace or air conditioning services.
Ethan and Julian were very friendly and seemed to know what they were doing They had lots of suggestions and some were quite pricy.
