From start to finish, the service received by Right Choice was exemplary. I contacted them through Angie's List and got a response within minutes. I received quotes from 7 different companies and The Right Choice gave us the best up front quote for 2 new Trane a/c and heating units and the replacement of some ductwork. Two other companies came close in price, but I felt most comfortable with Right Choice. From the beginning I felt comfortable with the person they sent to give us a quote. Houston was our technician-- he was excellent. He explained what he had found and he fixed everything quickly. It is a great company. Called them late on a Friday night and got quick service the next morning for a reasonable price.
This company does excellent work!!! I have complete trust in them. They located a near fire last year in my attic last year and this year have helped me with a carbon monoxide issue. That is on top of a complete service check of the unit which is moderately priced. The technicians care for the clients - not just the job they are focuing on at the moment. I can't say enough good about the employees or the service they provide.

In Texas you never know what the next 5 minutes of weather will be like.. And just my luck my AC went out, I didn't know who to call; So when I saw a truck pass me by on the freeway the other day and it said "the right choice heating and air", I decided to try my luck and give them a call.
